Development
Following the design phase, we focus on turning a concept into a real product. This involves designing for manufacturing, finding reliable solutions to reduce costs, and facilitating industrialization.
During this stage, the ANIMA Design team concentrates on achieving the technical and economic viability of the product. We define the 3D volume and create photorealistic renders to visualize the final product. We also develop the internal engineering of the parts, considering essential aspects such as demoulding angles, fixing systems, structural resistance, finishes, and other technical details necessary for manufacturing.
Prototyping
In this phase, we create and test prototypes to validate all aspects of the product design before moving on to mass production.
We have the capability to manufacture prototypes using a wide range of technologies, including 3D printing, metal machining, wood, plastic, polyurethane, acrylic… We can also create textile prototypes, silicone molds, thermoforming, and provide graphic finishes such as screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving, and everything necessary to make your prototype as similar as possible to the final product.
In our Barcelona offices, we have our own workshop for prototyping, as well as Protobox, our division dedicated to prototyping these products.
Manufacturing
We offer support and guidance throughout the entire industrialisation and final production process. We take care of optimising manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards.
We manage the manufacturing of your products from start to finish, according to your specifications and needs.
Product MKT
Thanks to our experience, we know how to guide your products in the market and support you in the development of the NPD (New Product Development) process.
We take care of defining your brand image and implementing it across all channels. We assist you in introducing your brand to the market and developing all the necessary actions to achieve your sales objectives.
From creating your VBL (Visual Brand Language) to designing the product packaging, we take care of everything! Additionally, we develop applications, renders, and/or specific photoshoots for your product, as well as its point of sale, virtual reality, user testing… We can also provide support in managing and protecting the intellectual property of the product we have worked on.
